What size do you need for the perfect fit?

Patu wears size L Harness, he is a Cockapoo 15kg in weight, size L fits him perfectly in harnesses.

 

Both Ted and Cedric in the photo wear a size S harness and size S collar they are approx 6kg each.

DOG COATS

Indie is wearing a Size S and it fits her perfectly with the adjustable neck and tummy straps.

Please note this is maximum size shown below, you can adjust the neck and tummy strap on our branded dog coats for a really snug fit keeping out wind and rain.

Below is all the information you'll need about shipping times, destinations, fulfilment times, disclaimers and returns policy at Paw Wraps. 

We send all parcels tracked by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Once your order is despatched you will receive the tracking ID in order to track and arrange your delivery. The boxes we send your parcels in are made from recycled cardboard and tissue paper in a drive to keep our carbon footprint down and work towards complete sustainability. We are committed to being as kind to the planet as we can as a company.

  • UK STANDARD TRACKED (2-3 working days): £3.55 (free when you spend over £35)
  • UK TRACKED EXPRESS available in November and December (24 hours): £5.95 (order must be placed by 13:00 GMT and is only valid Monday-Friday, this excludes Bank Holidays). 

If you choose standard tracked delivery, orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (please note during extremely busy periods this could exceed this time frame). 

We are open Monday - Saturday. Royal Mail only collect from us on these days. So if you order on a Saturday after 11:00 GMT this will not be dispatched until the following Monday. 

  • Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man (2-4 working days) £3.45 (free when you spend over £35)
  • Eire (4-6 working days) £10.99
  • USA TRACKED DELIVERY (5-8 working days): $26.50

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any Paw Wraps accessory is suitable for their dog, fits correctly, and does not cause discomfort. Paw Wraps does not accept responsibility for accessories that do not fit properly. Every dog is unique, and sizing can vary even within the same breed. The size help guide will show you the measurements of our dog coats, harnesses and collars. Pullover sizes are shown on the product description.

Like all human accessories, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their dog to wear. If any product is showing signs of wear it should not be used on the dog as intended. 

All Paw Wraps accessories are suitable for most dogs and for every day use, however if the dog has behavioural issues or are excessive pullers our accessories will have a reduced life span. We will not refund or replace accessories that have been misused or damaged by your dog.

Please note that our harnesses, leads, and collars have been UK strength tested and certified fit for purpose. However, our aesthetic ranges are not designed to withstand extreme pulling or heavy wear and tear. Whilst they are robust and extremely well made they're best suited for smaller breeds and lighter use.  We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by scratching, biting, or similar behaviours.

We recommend hand-washing all accessories or using a laundry bag in the machine never exceeding 30°C. Please do not tumble dry our accessories.

We are happy to accept returns with the hanging label attached and unworn. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to action a return. We do not accept returns on sale items unless there is a fault. If it doubt please measure your dog, call us or size up. 98% of returns are because the sizing is incorrect, mostly too small. If your dog is still growing please take that into consideration and size up to avoid disappointment.
