We send all parcels tracked by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Once your order is despatched you will receive the tracking ID in order to track and arrange your delivery. The boxes we send your parcels in are made from recycled cardboard and tissue paper in a drive to keep our carbon footprint down and work towards complete sustainability. We are committed to being as kind to the planet as we can as a company.

UK STANDARD TRACKED (2-3 working days): £3.55 (free when you spend over £40)
UK TRACKED EXPRESS (24 hours): £5.95 (order must be placed by 14:00 GMT and is only valid Monday-Friday, this excludes Bank Holidays).
If you choose standard tracked delivery, orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (please note during extremely busy periods this could exceed this time frame).

We are open Monday - Saturday. Royal Mail only collect from us on these days. So if you order on a Saturday after 11:00 GMT this will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
